/ Primary Carbon Processor

Indonesian Charcoal Manufacturing Infrastructure

Operating dedicated processing plants in East Java, we control raw coconut shell sorting through finished briquette extrusion. Every export lot meets rigid thermal and physical metrics before bill of lading issuance.

Raw Material Origin

Pyrolysis and Convection Drying

Direct procurement from vetted plantation networks guarantees fully mature, sun-dried coconut shell feedstock. Crushed shells undergo magnetic separation, micro-pulverizing, and natural starch binding before entering our continuous automated production line.

Computerized convection drying tunnels maintain core moisture strictly below 6% across 72 hours of calibrated thermal treatment. This controlled curing eliminates structural fissure cracking and volatile burning behavior in container freight.

Operating Doctrine

Predictable metrics over broker speculation

We refuse open-market commodity trading. Every container load is carbonized, pressed, and certified under standardized laboratory controls, guaranteeing overseas buyers uncompromised combustion consistency and zero ash volatility across consecutive monthly contracts.

Inspect Factory Floor

Coordinate direct on-site factory audits with our East Java engineering team or commission independent SGS pre-shipment container inspection.
